This session traces how a few repeated patterns became static prompts, then a suite orchestrated into a full SDLC: structured discovery, a locked spec, code review and QA as distinct gates, and validated deployment with backups and sign-off before production. We follow one story from vague ask to shipped change through the artifacts it produces, then tally the cost: one round trip with the ticket author, zero silent scope. A folder of prompts isn't a suite — the orchestration is.
