Refund Policy

Conference Refund Policy

  • All refunds are subject to a $35 processing fee

  • All refunds exclude all fees assessed by Eventbright (or any other ticket issuer used)

  • Full conference refunds may be allowed up to sixty (60) days prior to the event’s start date.

  • A 50% refund may be given 30 –59 days prior to the start date.

  • No refund may be given less than twenty-nine (29) days prior to the event’s start date unless approved for valid reason by the Conference Chair.

  • All refunds must be submitted in writing by e-mail to Buckeye Dreamin at info@BuckeyeDreamin.com and postmarked by the appropriate deadline.

  • All approved refunds shall be disbursed at the conclusion of the conference. 

  • Transfer of conference tickets to another eligible attendee is acceptable.

  • Documented extenuating circumstances shall be considered on a case-by-case basis.
