Refund Policy
Conference Refund Policy

All refunds are subject to a $35 processing fee

All refunds exclude all fees assessed by Eventbright (or any other ticket issuer used)

Full conference refunds may be allowed up to sixty (60) days prior to the event’s start date.

A 50% refund may be given 30 –59 days prior to the start date.

No refund may be given less than twenty-nine (29) days prior to the event’s start date unless approved for valid reason by the Conference Chair.

All refunds must be submitted in writing by e-mail to Buckeye Dreamin at info@BuckeyeDreamin.com and postmarked by the appropriate deadline.

All approved refunds shall be disbursed at the conclusion of the conference.

Transfer of conference tickets to another eligible attendee is acceptable.

Documented extenuating circumstances shall be considered on a case-by-case basis.
