There, she honed her skills in optimizing processes and driving efficiency through strategic implementation of technology.

Kaila’s career began in the healthcare technology sector, where she quickly rose through the ranks, becoming the youngest and first female to receive manager, senior manager, and director promotions. This experience instilled in her a deep understanding of building and scaling successful teams.
