Prior to joining Copilot, a VASS company, as a Salesforce Solution Architect, Kaila spent over 4 years leading Business and Revenue Operations at a high-growth tech startup. There, she honed her skills in optimizing processes and driving efficiency through strategic implementation of technology.

Kaila’s career began in the healthcare technology sector, where she quickly rose through the ranks, becoming the youngest and first female to receive manager, senior manager, and director promotions. This experience instilled in her a deep understanding of building and scaling successful teams.

Today, Kaila combines her business acumen with her expertise in Salesforce to design and implement solutions that solve complex challenges and enhance user adoption. She is passionate about partnering with clients to transform their business processes and achieve their strategic goals.
