Josh Hines is a the Director of the Managed Services Program (MSP) at Summit, where he plays a critical role in ensuring project success for clients. He works closely with clients to address their concerns and provides effective solutions. Josh also serves as a mentor to his colleagues. With a strong background in Salesforce, he is 8X certified and holds certifications in Field Service Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant, and Nonprofit Cloud Consultant.

One of Josh's professional highlights was leading a workshop titled "Drive Service Transformation with Lightning and Digital Channels" at Dreamforce, the annual Salesforce conference. He graduated from DeVry University with a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Information Systems and has been working with Salesforce since 2014. Josh joined Summit in 2019 and brings a wealth of skills, including strong communication abilities, analytical and logical thinking, and an ability to adapt and learn quickly.

Aside from his professional achievements, Josh has been happily married for over 15 years. He has a cockapoo named Tucker who loves to join him and his family on beach trips. Josh also has a remarkable accomplishment of receiving a Life-Saving Award from the Ohio House, Ohio Senate, County Sheriff Office, and County Commissioners for rescuing his mother and himself from a house fire. In his free time, Josh enjoys swimming, cooking, playing video games, and working on his Mustang.
