My passion lies in inspiring teams to break boundaries. I thrive on fostering a culture of innovation, pushing the envelope to deliver cutting-edge solutions that drive progress.


I currently serve as the Chief Technology Innovation Officer at Ohio Job and Family Services. A core part of my mission involves modernization road-mapping and reducing our technology stack to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. I also focus on aligning and transforming our workforce, ensuring our team is not just prepared for the future but is actively shaping it. Additionally, my efforts have been pivotal in vendor management and engagement, ensuring our partnerships are both productive and strategically aligned.


Along with my role at Ohio Job and Family Services, I have the privilege of leading the Ohio Salesforce Center of Excellence, guiding state agencies through the complexities of Salesforce implementation and optimization.
