After beginning her career in student support, she transitioned to Salesforce in 2018 and played a key role on the initial implementation team for Ohio State’s enterprise CRM, Buckeye360. Erin is passionate about partnering with stakeholders and leveraging technology to enhance the student experience and strengthen the university community.
