He enjoys helping teams slow down just enough to make good long-term decisions – balancing immediate needs with the kind of design that still makes sense years later.

Outside of work, he’s the father of a spirited two-year-old and is and avid board game player who appreciates good strategy, clean systems, and the occasional dramatic comeback
