Sarah Platts is a Senior Manager in Deloitte Digital's Salesforce practice where she brings 14 years of experience helping public sector organizations design and implement digital solutions that impact their mission and deepen their connection to citizens. Known as a strategic and effective leader who can bridge the gap between business and technology, she has experience leading large technology and digital transformation programs harnessing the power of Salesforce, agile development, and advanced data analytics to deliver impact to human services organizations at the state and federal level. Currently, Sarah leads the Deloitte team helping Ohio's Department of Children and Youth (DCY) modernize their applications onto the Salesforce platform. She lives in Washington, DC with her husband and their two young children (ages 3 and 5).
