He began his career in IT before transitioning into Shared Services, where he has built broad experience leading business-critical technology capabilities. Patrick currently manages CRM and telephony platforms and has also led other technologies across workflow, reporting, and automation. He enjoys not only managing technology, but also working closely with people to accelerate work, improve outcomes, and help teams get the most value from the tools they use.
