Kevin Rall is the Co-Founder and CEO of borrowedtyme, a consortium of independent agents and brokers that collaborate and share in the development of core technology capabilities on a single platform, creating the unified data foundation that accelerates the practical adoption of AI across distribution. In 2023, borrowedtyme launched btcore, a full-suite agency management solution for P&C and employee benefit capabilities built on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, enabling agencies and brokers to run sales, service, and financial accounting in one place rather than stitching together point solutions.

With more than 30 years of insurance industry experience, Kevin brings a rare dual perspective shaped by leadership roles on both sides of the distribution chain, as a carrier executive and as an agency operator. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Hosket Ulen Insurance Solutions, where he led the agency's "one team, one system" strategy, unifying producers and service teams on a single platform and establishing a repeatable model for technology-enabled M&A integration. Earlier in his career, he was Vice President of Underwriting and Sales at Ohio Mutual Insurance Group, giving him direct experience with the carrier-side dynamics of pricing, distribution, and product. Kevin's expertise spans digital transformation, core systems modernization, agency and carrier connectivity, customer experience, CRM, and marketing automation.
