Stu is a VP Consulting Expert at CGI and serves on CGI’s Public Sector National Strategy Team. He is a nationally recognized IT leader and former State of Ohio CIO (~8 yrs) with 20+ years management of Information Technology and Geographic Information Systems in the private and public sector. Stu is a Past President of the National States Geographic Information Council (NSGIC), responsible for the coordination of State Geographic Offices and GIS Coordinators as well as a Past President of the National Association of State CIOs (NASCIO), responsible for the coordination of the community of all State CIOs nationally.
