As Chief Operating Officer (COO) at CSS, Nick Borchers oversees our Finance, IT, and Human Resources functions. Nick is a proven leader who has successfully delivered large, cross-functional initiatives within nonprofit, public, and for-profit organizations. Prior to joining CSS, Nick led change management efforts with his clients at Deloitte Consulting, managed new initiatives at several nonprofits, interned with the Cleveland Foundation, and received his MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. Nick utilizes his passion our mission and the skills built through his professional experience to drive anti-poverty efforts in the community as COO of Catholic Social Services.
