Justin Gilmore is a Solution Engineer at Salesforce.org helping customers understand how Salesforce can help their mission. He Is a nonprofit professional with a decade in experience at working at the intersection of technology and impact. Justin’s Salesforce journey began with leading the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank through their organizational rollout of Salesforce. In four years, Justin worked on multiple Salesforce implementations including advocacy, volunteers, food assistance hotline, partner food distribution network, food distribution reservation system, truck scheduling, and inventory management integration. The result was better collaboration and higher impact for the 74 food bank staff members using Salesforce.
