A Salesforce user since 2008, Joseph Hopkinson spent a decade working in senior Sales and Business Operations roles for internet startups, including ReachLocal (RLOC), acquired by Gannett Media; Workwave, acquired by IFS; Bold Penguin, acquired by American Family Mutual Insurance. During this time, Joseph leveraged Salesforce as both a User and an Admin, and focused on sales process, vendor management, and partner / alliance management. At ReachLocal, Joseph spearheaded the affiliate program, which he grew from $0 to $18m in annual revenue over 24 months.
He now helps Summit Technologies facilitates Salesforce solutions for SMB, Public Sector and Higher Ed.
In his spare time, Joseph works on and races cars, tends his garden with his wife, and tries to keep up with his two young sons and two English Labs in Toronto, Canada.
