Aaron Pratt is the Associate Director of Marketing Cloud at Salesforce partner, Plative, where he manages a talented team of Marketing Cloud consultants. In his nearly 20 years in marketing and his 10 years in the Salesforce ecosystem, he has had the opportunity to work across a variety of industry verticals and client sizes. He especially enjoys developing marketing solutions that are highly automated and improve worker experience. Aaron wants marketers to be able to focus on strategy and not the mundane. His time at Plative has allowed him to work with exciting AI and Data Cloud use cases.

Like many Salesforce professionals, Aaron is an accidental admin who had no intent to ever use Salesforce or be a consultant. But he's glad for the introduction to Marketing Cloud and for the opportunities to share his struggles, knowledge, and success as a consultant at community-led events.

Aaron lives with his partner and two (ridiculous) cats in Indianapolis. After he heard his two teenage sons repeating phrases Aaron finds himself using with clients, ("Let's circle back to that" and "No need to boil the ocean") he has encouraged his sons to explore career paths other than consulting.
