FRIDAY JUNE 9 - 11:00 AM
Salesforce Orchestrator: Harmonize Your Complex Business Processes Like a Symphony Conductor
Within the world of music, conductors act as guides to the orchestras or choirs they conduct. They choose the works to be performed and study their scores, to which they may make certain adjustments (such as in tempo, articulation, phrasing, repetitions of sections) also known as creating an orchestration, then work out their interpretation, and relay their vision to the performers. Sound familiar?
This session, led by a classically trained symphonic conductor turned Salesforce Architect, will discuss the required steps and best practices to plan, build, and monitor orchestrations of multi-step, multi-user automations. Salesforce Orchestrator bridges the gap between complex business requirements and increased productivity, higher adoption, and empowered users. While I can’t promise you’ll be prepared to lead an orchestra in a rendition of Beethoven’s Fifth, you will leave this session ready to conduct your way to automation harmony.
